Inspector Williams (No kin of mine that I am aware of)was a interesting bird. He was known as one of the most corrupt police officers of the era, (Which was pretty bad)Williams was reputedly responsible for naming the Tenderloin district of New York. He allegedly said when he was promoted into the area,(which had the potential of a lot of graft, payoffs and bribes):
"I have had chuck for a long time, and now I'm going to eat tenderloin."
